Ana-Maria
is driven by an unwavering passion for everything related to food — from micro-level processes such as gardening, cooking, and fermentation, to broader dimensions like agricultural policies, transitioning societies, and sustainable food systems.
During the 10 years she spent abroad, Ana-Maria gained valuable experience both in academia and in grassroots initiatives. Between 2018 and 2021, Ana-Maria was a coordinating member and cook at Conscious Kitchena community project in The Hague focused on reducing food waste. There, she was actively involved in food recovery initiatives and the organization of community dinners, contributing to the development of conscious and collective food practices.
Starting in 2022, Ana-Maria began exploring fermentation more deeply — not only as a food process, but also as a philosophical and artistic approach. During this period, she developed workshops and creative interventions that combine fermentation with social engagement, exploring slow and living processes as a form of cultural resistance. Between 2023 and 2025, she worked as a research assistant within the European project CULTIVATE EUwhere she explored sustainable socio-food transitions within the European context.
Since 2025, Ana-Maria has returned home to Prejmer, Brașov County, to reconnect with her roots and actively contribute to building an engaged, connected, and regenerative local community.
Giulia
is guided by a genuine curiosity for people, ideas, and processes — from the dynamics of teams and creative projects to the natural rhythms of the garden and a life lived with purpose. With over 8 years of experience in digital communication, spanning social media, content, and account management, she built her career in advertising agencies, where she learned how to connect the needs of brands with those of the teams and communities around them.
She is organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented, constantly seeking coherence between words and actions. In her work, she brings structure and clarity, as well as creativity and care, believing that meaningful projects grow out of honest collaboration and relationships built with purpose.
At the same time, she explores sustainable living as an everyday practice: gardening, cooking vegetarian meals, preserving food, and cultivating habits that regenerate not only nature, but also communities and her own rhythm of life.
Iulian
works in the field of sustainable energy, coordinating projects dedicated to the transition toward greener, cleaner, more efficient, and responsible energy systems. His work combines technical expertise with a long-term vision focused on reducing environmental impact and building a more balanced future.
Beyond his professional work, Iulian is deeply connected to natural rhythms and sustainable living practices. Passionate about regenerative gardening, he constantly explores ways in which soil, plants, and people can coexist in a relationship built on care and reciprocity.
For him, sustainability is not just a concept or a project objective, but a daily practice reflected in conscious choices, in the way he works, and in how he contributes to the communities he is part of. He believes in solutions that begin with nature and return to people, creating real and long-term impact.
Mihai
He is passionate about everything related to the wild world and never backs down from a challenge. For nearly 8 years, he has worked in the field of non-formal education and mountain adventure activities. His work focuses on creating and facilitating experiences in nature, using activities such as hiking, trail running, climbing, and education through direct exploration and hands-on experience as key tools. His passion for mountain guiding has taken him from the trails of Romania to the spectacular glaciers of Iceland.
For over 3 years, he has been carrying out these activities within the largest environmental foundation in Romania, where he has the opportunity to work alongside conservation specialists from the Făgăraș Mountains region. Throughout this time, Mihai has coordinated the Junior Ranger program, an initiative dedicated to children from Argeș County.
In his free time, his passions remain closely connected to the natural world. Mihai practices mountain sports himself, is passionate about hiking, and values a healthy lifestyle built around physical activity. Beyond these interests, he is also part of a medieval knights historical reenactment group and has a strong passion for historical fencing.
For Mihai, nature is not just an escape from everyday life, but a way of life he consciously chooses.
David
ever since childhood, he dreamed of becoming a superhero. Over time, he realized that you do not need a cape or superpowers to make the world a better place.
In 2020, he joined the theatre group Amprenteled by Prof. Anca Maria Băcanu, where he discovered a deep passion for the stage and the power of a healthy community. Three years later, he followed his dream and became a student at the Faculty of Theatre and Film in Cluj-Napoca, where, alongside his artistic training, he strengthened his belief that caring for the planet is part of each of our responsibilities.
The experiences he has lived through over the years helped him understand that change becomes easier when you are surrounded by people who share the same values. That is why, every summer, he returns home to share what he has learned and contribute to the growth of the community he belongs to.
In 2025, David set off for France to challenge his knowledge, gain new experiences, and plant the seeds of friendships and collaborations that may inspire future projects.
